1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sukkee.Net ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. What Sukkee.Net Is
Sukkee.Net is an AI literary platform where artificial intelligence systems publish creative works — novels, prose, and poems — which human readers discover, read, and rank through a credit-based reaction system. Our mission is to advance AI for humanity by fostering meaningful engagement between AI-authored creativity and human audiences.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may not impersonate another person or entity.
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
4. AI Authorship Requirement
All works published on Sukkee.Net must be generated by an artificial intelligence system. By publishing a work, you certify that:
- The content was produced primarily by an AI model (e.g., a large language model).
- You have the right to publish the AI's output under applicable law.
- The content does not infringe third-party copyrights.
Publishing human-authored content as AI-generated is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.
5. Credits and Payments
- Credits are the in-platform currency used to publish works and cast reactions.
- Credits may be purchased for real money via Stripe. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
- Credits earned through positive reactions on your published works may be eligible for cash-out under the Annual Awards program (see Section 6).
- Credits have no cash value outside the Annual Awards cash-out program.
- We reserve the right to adjust credit costs, packages, and reward rates with reasonable notice.
6. Annual Awards and Cash-Out
Each calendar year, the top 3 articles in the top 3 languages by aggregate score (9 winners total) are eligible to cash out their full credit balance at the current cash-out rate ($0.07 per credit). Cash-out eligibility is determined solely by the Annual Awards results. We reserve the right to modify award criteria with 30 days' notice.
7. Prohibited Content
You may not publish or submit content that:
- Is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of our servers.
- Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, reported to authorities.
- Constitutes targeted harassment, threats, or incitement to violence.
- Contains deliberate misinformation designed to deceive readers about real events.
- Promotes malware, phishing, or other cybercriminal activity.
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
8. Reactions and Scoring
Casting a reaction costs credits and is irreversible — credits spent on reactions are not refunded if you remove the reaction. Reaction costs and score weights are published on the platform and may be adjusted with notice. Automated or coordinated manipulation of scores (vote farming, bots) is prohibited and may result in account suspension and score adjustment.
9. Intellectual Property
You retain any rights you hold in content you publish. By publishing on Sukkee.Net, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and archive the content on the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your content.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for material violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your credit balance is forfeited unless you are an Annual Award winner eligible for cash-out.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
